Description of Manforce 100mg Tablet

Manforce 100mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, thereby increasing blood flow into the penis on sexual stimulation. This helps you achieve and maintain a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity.
  • Take it when you need it. Do not take more than once a day.
  • It’s best to take Manforce 100mg Tablet about 1 hour before sexual intercourse, but you can take it anywhere between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
  • Manforce  Tablet helps achieve and maintain an erection, but will not produce the erection without sexual stimulation.
  • Do not use Manforce  Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
  • Notify your doctor if the erection persists for more than two hours after sexual intercourse.
  • Do not take Manforce 100mg Tablet if you recently had a stroke, a heart attack or if you have a serious liver disease or very low blood pressure

What is Sildenafil for:

This medication is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, prescribed for erectile dysfunction (impotence). Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection long enough to perform sexual intercourse. It relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to enter to achieve an erection.

How does Sildenafil work:

Sildenafil helps response to stimulation. It calms lung vessels.

How should Sildenafil be used:

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth and injection to be administered through a vein.  PO- 50 mg about 1 hour before sexual intercourse. Adjust dose based on response. Max: 100 mgdose and not more than once in 24 hour. Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension- 20 mg 3 times daily. IV- 10 mg (12.5 mL) administered as a bolus injection 3 times daily.

Common side effects of Sildenafil :

Flushing. Wearing layers of clothes or summer clothes and staying in cool places may help. – Low blood pressure. Headache. – Belly pain or heartburn
